Dimension Data named 2017 Global Systems Integrator Company of the Year by Frost & Sullivan

LONDON, United Kingdom – 27 June 2017Dimension Data, the USD 7.4 billion global ICT services and solutions provider, announced today that it has been awarded the 2017 Global Systems Integration Company of the Year Award by Frost & Sullivan. The award recognises companies that demonstrate excellence in growth, innovation, and leadership in their own industries, as well as among non-industry peers.

Frost & Sullivan recognised Dimension Data as a global systems integrator with deep levels of expertise and human capital for providing end-to-end, cloud-enabled hybrid IT services. The award specifically lauded Dimension Data’s consulting, technical support, managed services, and focus on integrating services, applications, and infrastructure to help clients increase their time-to-market speeds, optimise costs, reduce risks, simplify interoperability, and improve operational control.

“Dimension Data delivers solutions across the entire spectrum of technology and creates compelling business outcomes for its clients,” said Nancy Jamison, a principal analyst at Frost & Sullivan. ”Many companies tout that they put the client at the center of everything they do, but Dimension Data’s client satisfaction ratings prove that this company actually does it.”

“Dimension Data’s strategy is to differentiate itself by evolving beyond traditional systems integration to become a services-led trusted advisor to our clients,” said Bill Padfield, Group Executive – Services, and Chairman, Dimension Data Asia Pacific. “We are especially proud of this award as it is an independent validation that this strategy is working.”
